Through diverse expertise and a shared passion for service, the RCS Board provides strategic leadership, oversight, and guidance to support our mission of reducing recidivism, preventing homelessness, and promoting long-term stability.

Julia White founded Reentry & Community Solutions (RCS) with a vision rooted in prevention, accountability, and meaningful community impact. Since 2020, she has remained actively involved in supporting individuals and families affected by reentry, homelessness, crisis, and instability through practical guidance, community outreach, and resource coordination.

Her work focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers related to housing, employment, transportation, identification, and community reintegration while strengthening pathways toward long-term stability and safer outcomes. Through strategic collaboration and community-based support, RCS works to reduce system cycling, strengthen families, and create measurable impact across the community.
