Connecting Clients to Workforce Opportunities

RCS helps connect individuals with local workforce organizations, staffing agencies, hiring events, and employment resources throughout Cumberland County. Services may include referrals and workforce connections to organizations such as NC Works, Mega Force, HireQuest, Manna Church employment resources, and other community-based opportunities that support stability and successful reintegration.

Community Outreach & Support

RCS participates in community outreach efforts throughout Cumberland County focused on reentry, homelessness, workforce development, and second-chance opportunities. Outreach activities may include resource fairs, job fairs, community events, peer support, essential item distribution, and connections to housing, employment, treatment, and other community resources.
