Referrals are always welcome. You can make a self-referral if you need reentry assistance and service providers can refer clients. Participants must be 18 years and older and live in Cumberland County residents, must be justice-involved or homeless. We're always looking to grow our network. There are multiple ways to join RCS.

WORK FORCE
Our 12-week GRIT Program focuses on workforce development, job readiness, and on-the-spot employment opportunities through trusted workforce partnerships, helping individuals secure and maintain stable employment.
HOUSING COORDINATION
We help individuals navigate stable housing through support, our connections to short-term housing, sober living, private landlords, and other fresh-start opportunities through trusted community partners.
BASIC NEEDS
We help individuals access essential items and daily necessities that support stability, dignity, and safer transitions during difficult times.
PEER SUPPORT SERVICES
We offer peer support services focused on guidance, accountability, encouragement, and connection to community resources during difficult transitions.
MENTAL HEALTH
COORDINATION
We provide mental health navigation support by helping individuals connect with trusted community providers, resources, and supportive services based on their individual needs.
SUBSTANCE USE
COORDINATION
We provide substance use navigation support by helping individuals connect with trusted treatment providers, recovery resources, and supportive services based on their individual needs.
